Return Policy

At KMA, we will happily accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return items (for a refund or exchange) within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must have original tags or be in original packaging, be unworn, unwashed, and have no signs of wear. Clearance items and customized items are not eligible for exchange, regardless of fit or size. Please refer to the size chart, and measure before ordering. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return: Start a Return

You must enter the email address you used to place your original order.

1.  Complete online return form and choose whether you would like a refund or exchange.
2.  A prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email, along with return confirmation.
3.  ⁠Package up your unused merchandise and affix the shipping label. Drop package off at your nearest post office.
4.  ⁠For returns, please allow up to 14 days for processing your refund once it is received. A return shipping and processing fee of $11.99 will be deducted from your refund.
5.  If you have requested an exchange, it will be shipped upon receipt of your return, and you receive a new shipping confirmation email.

Canadian and International Returns:

We gladly accept Canadian and international returns on unworn items within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, returned items will be fully refunded for the original merchandise cost.
